EZ car rental experiences?

I need a mini van for Presidents Week and we are flying into Tampa. The prices are INSANE for any vehicle never mind a mini van. I reserved a mini van through ez car rental for 429.97 for the week (still hoping I find a better deal) but the reviews are scary. Has anyone used them? Opinions. They are in the 400 range where every place else is 900 plus...
