thanks for all the kind replys.DW rang doctors today to get an apointment,havent got anything for the next 2 weeks,good job iam not at deaths door,shes ringing again in mornning as main apointment woman in

update, been to opticions and comfirmed its secondery catarac,carnt even pronouce what its realy called.so will have to have a laser op to clear a path througth eye,and it might even come back again

Hi Paul,at least it's been confirmed now+they can now do something about it.Hope you don't have to wait to long for an appointment.My Nan had hers done at Moorfields London Eye Hospital recently+this was the 2nd time for her,unfortunatley in her case it did come back.Here's hoping your's does'nt.Take care.x.

luckily when i was diagmosed with cataract had first opp within 4 days second within 2 months,Due to age was classed as priority(most of people haveing it same day thought i was waiting for someone).just hope same this time

well yesterday friday hospital phoned with an apointment,Gave us 5th aug had to turn down as go away 8th,then next was 5th sept.which we took but it ment we couldent drive on holiday.so we acepted it,DW asked her to put us on a cancalation list,didnt have one but she put my name down on a pad saying we would take a cancelaction.then 10 min later she phoned me on mobile saying got a cancelation for this Tue 1st Jully,would i like it,dead rightid would,i snaped her hand off,so will be all ok for holiday
