Eye to Eye update

Well after calling them periodically for the past few months, filing a complaint with the Canadian BBB, they are just hanging up when Lynn calls them.

Canadian BBB did respond to us telling us that Eye to Eye has not responded to their attempts to contact them, Imagine that.

While I really liked their product their customer service is extreamly lacking, Pay Pal was of no help at all.

I just don't want anyone to get taken by them, and I would not recommend anyone doing business with these people.

Scott... I never received one of my shirts. I e-mailed them 3 times and finally called. When I called they said they would get it to me. I had opened a paypal claim, but never escalated it since I thought the shirt would be coming. It never came. I called them and was on hold for 15 min and then finally hung up on. I immediately called paypal and told them the story. The paypal rep called them and they gave paypal the authorization to give me my money back. Finally!

The shirts were nice, but it was a HUGE mess!

We just wrote it off as a bad choice, best to move on, I may have another option or two available and they will not be happy with that.

I know this was no fault of anyone here on this board, they did a great job dealing with them.

gosh, I am so sorry this turned out to be such a mess! What a disappointment, and what a hassle for everyone who had problems.

Sigh, Eye to Eye could have become one of the official WISH team shirt suppliers...but instead they become the answer to a WISH Trivia question.

What was the name of that Canadian company who supplied some of us of the limited edition, hope you got yours, and the name or size was right shirts.

Too bad the problem orders outweighed the success stories.

I'll look into this local company that makes team shirts. See if they can do a better job on orders and shipping.

Jeff, there's a guy here in HI, on Oahu I think named Tai. His company is TaiGraphx or something similar(one of the guys behind Hawaii Sport). The Team Jet jerseys and some of that stuff are his design/product and he's been a long time poster on Slowtwitch.com a triathlon website and people there have done business with them and they really don't hesitate to air their dirty laundry on that forum board.

Yep, that's the company I was thinking of looking into for shirts. So does this company have a bad reputation as well? I scanned the forum, but couldn't come up with any info. Care to point me in the right direction?

No, not a bad reputation at all, that was the point that I'd have heard of it by now if it did. Sorry that I didn't make that clear the first time.

Yes, working on average 80 hour weeks, up to 30 hours at a time and having only 1 complete day off a week, learning a lot but not training much. Live Windward and like it so far. 'race' schedule depends on call schedule so I can only plan about a month out at a time, registered for the Chun's to Waimea swim this weekend but might weenie out of it.
