yep Johnny liked the character of Jack so much that he decided to have his gold caps permanently bonded to his own teeth!

Not really... he had to get them on for the part, but he said he doesn't want to have them taken off and put back on because every time he goes to the dentist "they always wanna do something bad to me like a root canal" that is why he keeps them on between filmings.
