I was going to comment on this- So if JD has a place in France AND LA- that means he only hates half of us! well- that is after you deduct the amount of people in our government- then you can throw in more of the americans to make up---half!

I sometimes say to DH I am embarrased by our country/government. I would LOVE to move to England.

I think DH <- should read JD!!!! has a place in France b/c that is where whats-her-name is from. And he probably doesnt get harrased so much over there by the paparazzi. Anyway- would wouldnt want to live in France!!!?

Yes, that is true, I read it myself. However, I LOVE him as JACK SPARROW ONLY!!!! In fact, I ordered a POSTER of him as Jack for my Bedroom.....and I am 48 years old with a 2 year old GrandDaughter. I do not like his "normal" pictures you have posted here, I love him only dressed as Jack! Thats OK isn't?

That is perfectly fine that you like him only as Capt Jack Lots of ladies here do to - I however have loved JD since his first role on Nightmare on Elm Street! I love to see how he has evolved as an actor and he has had some incredible roles. The reason for some of his scruffer looks is that early in his career he was labeled a "Pretty Boy" and was a teen idol from 21 Jump Street - something he has fought against since then - he tries hard not to look "pretty" He still looks good to me though scruffy or clean cut

Johnny Depp is just da 'man. I'll take him in any form. Pretty boy, scruffy boy, good boy or bad boy. (I do prefer the bad boy best though)
I just love a man who is so dark and mysterious looking.

I LOVE these 2 pics- the expression on his face in both pcs just makes my heart and tummy get butterflies....you remember THAT feeling ladies from "THE LOOK"! (swoon) I think it has something to do with his eyes and mouth........

I really only like JD as Capt. Jack Sparrow also............he was just made for the role!!! And, I'm an almost 51 year old grandma of a 5 year old....... I've always thought JD was a bit of a loner and a little "out there" however, that doesn't mean I don't like looking at him as Capt Jack and I think it's his personality that makes him so perfect for the part....

Thanks for the invite to meet you in the MK on the 18th, but, I don't really know what our schedule (we don't really have one for this trip) will be......we're there from the 14th thru the 20th, but, didn't make any specific plans since we're heading down mainly for the F & W Festival and just some R & R so we're sort of playing it hit or miss. But, I will definitely look out for you at SSR during the week. If you see us before I see you give me a yell.......we're pretty easy to pick out.......my friend Colleen and I are both under 5' and pleasingly plump (her a little more than me) and both DH's are over 6', plus Coll and her DH both have red hair......so if you see two Mutt and Jeff couples, one of which are redheads you can bet it's us!!!

Great to hear I am not the only Grandma here, I am 51 and have three grandkids...but JD is getting to could be a Grandpa age too, so that is fine with me...

I love him as Jack Sparrow, but I also loved him in Sleepy Hollow. His younger photos do not do much for me, but his current ones he is very hot IMHO...
