Are you going to follow the Captain around like I read they do at DL?? That would be fun if he is one that looks close in appearance to our Captain...

However there is only ONE Captain and that is Mr Depp..just like only ONE real Santa and a lot of helpers....

Ok..it is time for a Wendy question of the day wenches...

Mr Depp is filming his next movie, Sweeny Todd in England, he has reportedly bought a house in England, and Mr Bloom was born and raised in England. Have you ever been to England??......

NO!-- I am ALWAYS saying to DH I would love to go there! To the countryside- stay in a little B+B- visit London just a few days- but I would love to see all the small towns/villages ........I even told DH I think that would be one place I would love to live-- need to move out of this country! Well wenches I may need to skip Disney for a few years and save up for England........

but just last night we were talking about how maybe next year we will do Amsterdam!

Ugh! I hit a deer on my way home tonight and feel terrible. I live right where the south burbs of Chicago start turning into farm land, and the road from the train station is kinda rural-ish, with prime deer hitting potential. Up until now I never had a run in with one, but this was a doozy. My front right corner is all bashed in, the hood is wrinkled in, and you can see where the hooves dented on the side and hood. I panicked and drove for a half a mile while on the phone with my mom, too terrified to get out and face that poor deer, crying like a maniac and wanting to puke. What a crappy day. I feel so bad for hitting that poor deer. Rum. Must have rum. And plenty of this....

OH NO! I feel so bad for you-- I cant imagine.

I have come very close many time- just this week going to and from the store- I encounted 4! crossing my path-- 3 of them were all together- I thought man- If someone happened to fly around the corner (it was a very curvy road) the poor deer would have been like bowling pins! Living in the sticks I see so many deer on the side of the road......

Mr Depp can make it all better! Heres a fave- brought it back just for you Bellarose!

OK then there is another Capt at the park that looks like NONE of these guys! The one i saw looked WAY better than an y of these! But he was no Johnny of course

As to the other question no we have never been to England, but we have decided to shelve another Disney Trip in favor of a 2007 trip to Ireland for Halloween/Samhain.
We might throw in a few days in Wales too.

No we didnt stay for the second parade. The kids wanted to go back to the room - they were pooped!
I also wanted to add, that we saw the mystery Capt on 10/20, a Friday. And again on 10/24, a Tuesday.

Hoping things are a little better today, bellarose23. I also live where there are tons of deer and they really are hazardous on the road. Best to travel with the Captain, as he's pretty to handy to have around in these types of situations!

Now that sounds like a trip! Forget Salem-- go right to the mutherland!

Ireland looks so beautiful-- I love trips like that instead of lying on a beach somehwere......but DH likes his R&R once year!

I guess that's where I got the #2 reference from. I guess that #2 could be the one I saw in the parade. Like the pic. poster said it was hard to capture him in photo so it could be a little distorted. I certainly wish I could have gotten to see him in the show.
