Well this is the most spontaneous trip I have ever done. We are fixing to leave in a bit for a couple nights at Hilton Head. Just me and the hubby going for some time alone, without any kids! Thing though, I booked us a one-bedroom. He may never want to stay in a studio again.:scratchin

You’ll love it! I remember you were interested in bikes at SSR. Hilton Head was made for biking.

I hope you love the resort, we do! Enjoy yourselves!

You had asked about bike riding, do rent bikes and explore HH!

Sneaky! Sneaky! Cue the addonitis! Have a great trip!

How did your daughter's back surgery go? I hope she is doing well.:shamrock:

The schedule of surgeries got postponed one month . We leave out on March 19th till the 28th. It wasn't just hers, several patients got postponed till then. Thanks so much for asking. I am still very nervous.

I’m afraid that’s going to happen if you’re like us. Years ago we found ourselves with extra points and booked an extra night at HHI in a 1 BR instead of our usual studio. Since then we’ve never chosen a studio.

Oh, law. He loved the one-bedroom, he was shocked at what I had booked us. He had no idea it was really just a "one-bedroom apartment"! We will need more points. Probably wait to buy more at the end of the year. I have us booked for 3 nights in a studio in June, and one night at the Beach Club, regular room. I am seriously now thinking about dropping one night and going for two nights in a one-bedroom and one night at the Beach Club for my short birthday trip. Who knows? Any way with two teenage girls, I bet I will. The water in the ocean was too cold to get in even though it was like 80 degrees on Saturday.

Was the pool opened?
Did you see Shadow?
Our stay is early May, a 1 bedroom.

We had room number 1121 and the balcony was huge, like the size of 3-4 "regular" balconies at Disney World. I wasn't expecting to have such a large balcony. I wanted to be located in building 11 and sure enough that is where they had us, so I was happy about that.
