Extremely Last Minute Trip

Hi all,
my family just cancelled our cruise (due to virus) and changed plans to do a quick disney trip. We will be staying at Caribbean Beach next week. I am aware that crowds will be wild since it is spring break. I have outlined a rough plan, just a little worried about getting fastpasses for a family of 4. I am specifically concerned about DHS. Any tips or encouragement would be appreciated!

Monday: MK After Hours, arrive at park at 7pm & have fastpasses for BTMRR, Splash, JC

Tuesday: Late arrival at AK, hoping to fastpass Safaris, Dinosaur, maybe everest (family doesn't care for avatar)

Wednesday: DHS (should we take skyliner to rope drop? or bus? or uber?) trying to RD Slinky, hoping to fastpass Aliens and TSMM, hoping for any tier one to pop up & hoping for a BG

Thursday: not sure about this one, probably play it by ear. Family has been to Epcot before so we don't care much for that park (and ratatouille isn't open yet so it isn't really a priority) - thinking about returning to DHS in case we can't get BG - any tips on what park to visit?

Friday: home

Have fun! I thinking setting your expectations and knowing it will be crazy is the best thing you can do. As for fastpasses, I highly recommend seeing what pops up on the day. You'd be surprised how many people change their plans last minutes and good FP's can become available all day long. Just be sure to keep checking because they will also get snatched up super quick.

just wanted to share my success... booked tickets about 30 minutes ago and just got the following fastpasses:

MK: BTMRR, Space, JC
AK: Safaris, Dino, Everest
DHS:

just grabbed Slinky for 1:05!! Then TSMM for 6:30 and Aliens for 3:10! They all came up super randomly.
quick question, would you keep the Slinky fastpass, or exchange it for Smugglers Run or Mickey & Minnie Railway??
