You will have to go out and buy some transfer paper, use your home computer and printer to print the image onto the transfer paper, and then use an iron. Most people will suggest buying Amy Mickey's transfer paper at www.amymickey.com as it lasts longer and you don't tend to have problems with the color bleeding and cracking like most store bought brands. Whatever product you choose will have instructions for putting the image onto the paper. I personally insert my image into word so that I can play around with the size and see what it will look like on an 8.5 x 11 sheet of paper.
Glad to help! The reason everyone uses transfers to get their images onto t-shirts is it is illegal to profit from Disney images so t-shirt printing shops are not supposed to print them and 95% will not.
