So, wallyb, you hit the cool mark in the blabberoni that is the DIS, and ibouncetoo, you are my muse, and slo, I already told you I knew you'd do it, and geffric, what's happening with the kids' sports right now, and RRBB, when did Ian start giving you feedback (catrina is slow, slow, slow in the talking dept.), and OF, just thought I'd say hi, all other taglicans,

So, I have what Disney aficianados would call sad news, but to me it's just right. I canceled our cruise that was to be in two weeks from today. We couldn't pull it off with leaving the kids for 4 nights. So, I will not be making the trek to the Mouseland with the rest of you all. I am happy with out decision, sad that I will be missing out on some really special things, but happy because it just wasn't right for us. MY husband and I are going to get away a couple night to make up for it, but not in a row. We will do one night in Boston and one night in NYC. Should be COOL!

So, I have what Disney aficianados would call sad news, but to me it's just right. I canceled our cruise that was to be in two weeks from today. We couldn't pull it off with leaving the kids for 4 nights. So, I will not be making the trek to the Mouseland with the rest of you all. I am happy with out decision, sad that I will be missing out on some really special things, but happy because it just wasn't right for us. MY husband and I are going to get away a couple night to make up for it, but not in a row. We will do one night in Boston and one night in NYC. Should be COOL!

well I am happy/sad for you about the cruise. Sad 'cause you had to cancel the cruise but happy 'cause you made the right decision and feel good about it. BTW I couldn't take a cruise and leave my kids either..

NC Belle are you ready to go?? Psyched about your trip to visit the Yeti and all things fun and magical?

Everyone is too quite tonight.. must be the only one with older kids who are still at practice or no life. whichever comes first..

RRBB, when did Ian start giving you feedback (catrina is slow, slow, slow in the talking dept.)

Ian is doing a combination of speaking and signing these days, both are increasing. His latest is to tell me AND sign "Stop" when he wants me to leave him alone. It's kind of cute, but I'm afraid it's going to get out of hand. It started the other day when we were leaving OF's office. They have one of those old push-button phones on the window sill that he makes a bee-line to. I kept saying it was time to go and he'd sign/say "stop". At first I didn't get it because his sign is a little off. But when I realized what he was doing I just cracked up. Then at dinner he kept signing/saying "stop" then "go". I realized he was mimicking one of his videos.

Ian's other favorites to say and/or sign are mom, dad, no, grandma, grandpa, milk, and of course grapes. He's got several food signs that he uses, but juice he just says. He sings a lot, and dances around all the time. I just had his 21-month portraits taken today. I'll post in a few.
