okay, Michelle...my NC Belle ....i can sooo be lazy like nobody's business.....back from Potter....really think about the 5 year old.....are they generally scared of stuff???? Don't wanna give away film, but there are snakes, dragons, even a shark at one point, scary transformations of certain "people", generally scary stuff like that. Other moments of intenseness. My 6 year old daughter wants to see it, and I really gotta say...uh.....NO!

Would be happy to tell you some more things in detail, ifin ya like, just PM me, I just don't wanna put too much here, and possibly ruin it for others who have not seen it yet.

Goodnight my fellow taggies and tagettes!!!! And for those who are not familiar with my thread, this is how I tell my daughter goodnight each night:

Have good sleepies and sweet dreamies on the slumberland express, non-stop to sleepy-town...chugga chugga....whoo whooo......NITE NITE!!!

Nite nite my little taggies!!!

I was only thinking about our 2 nephews that live in MD---13 & 17 (I think he is 17 today---oops forgot that its b-day today). Our niece may be busy with visiting her mom's extended family with her parents or some other activity. We don't know their schedules yet.

I'm hoping for no snow. I very much dislike driving in it and having to do street parking at the in-laws.

My parents have a snow blower and a garage plus a nice back yard for Jessie to explore. My folks have a nice computer (plus DSL) and cool toys like a pool table. :flower: My mom is planning to pull some pranks on her younger siblings so she has drafted us in the effort. We may do some clothes shopping if we understand the sales (or lack of) sales tax.

I'm sad...had to wear my winter coat today. :(

Hi everyone,

Tenorsinging welcome to the TAGLIARCHY the colour thing really is just so people know you are talking to them. However we are known to be lazy recently and sometimes just use bold to make names stand out.
I know what you mean about flights between England and the USA. Ours this trip cost us nearly $1300 each!!!! (we had to pay for 4!!) Although I like in England I don't live near West Sussex, I live in the midlands about 2 hours from the ourskirts of London and an hour accross from Birmingham.

I am so relieved that I got my concert tickets to see Robbie Williams (my favourite singer as some of you might already know) 10 days ago when they went on pre sale for his fan club. The tickets went on general sale today and all 9 UK dates sold out in under an hour!! He s playing at huge outdoor venues as well for all the concerts so that is a lot of tickets!! There are lots of people who couldn't get through to get them as the ticket system on the internet was so busy it wouldn't let people log on!!

I'm also excited today as we too have tickets to see Harry Potter tonight. During the day though I need to do some school work. As we are expecting the inspectors to call any day now I need to make sure things are ready (we only get a few days notice now that they are coming.) I have my SIL's hen weekend soon so I am hoping we don't get the call that they are coming the day before that otherwise I won't be able to go on it (we have booked a spa weekend.)

Oh well, on with my work.

Hi to everyone else. I hope you all have a good Saturday.:wave2:

Good Morning all, I brought PB&J sandwiches (Smuckers Ucrustables).

Tenorsingin, The Color Wheel is easy to use. RRBB hasn't had a chance to make a button on the color wheel for you, but you can still copy and paste your name in colour. If you double click on the colored box to to the right of the name you want to post the name. It will load the vbscript codes and highlight it. All you have to do is ctrl-c (to copy) and go back to your post and ctrl-v (paste) it.....

PS, are you interested for us to include you in the next Dallas Dis-Meet???

:jumping2:

Good morning everyone and Happy Saturday!!! :sunny:

It's the middle of November and I just killed the biggest bee in my house :earseek: - what the heck is it doing in my house now. Thank goodness Katie saw it before it stung someone.

Tenorsinging -

I'm looking forward to getting to know you!! :)

Danauk - Wow, you have a lot of fun things planned in the next month - concert, movie, WDW - how fun!!! I hope you enjoy it all!!! :flower:

NC Belle - I know what you mean about being bummed out about having to wear your winter coat. It's been cold up here in the Chicago area and I've had to break my winter coat out too :cold: . I guess winter has basically started.

ohanafamily - did you test drive the car yesterday or today? If you did yesterday, what did you guys think? Did you like it? I have a Mazda MPV and this is my 3rd mini van and I love them!!! I like them because they are easy for my girls (even the baby) to get in and out by themselves. I also like the sliding side doors because the kids can't bang a door onto someone elses car or the side of the garage - they are just wonderful with children!!

ibouncetoo - if you go see Zorro, please let me know what you think - Stephanie wants to see it. I'm pretty particular in what she watches, so if you think it's to violent or scary, please let me know - thanks!!! :flower: Also, hope you have fun at the show. :)

To all other TAGLIKINS -Hi!! :wave2:

Well, I guess I better get going - I have to take Stephanie and BabyKate today for shoes. It's amazing how Katie just destroys her shoes - like they went through a war :earseek: Then Kevin and I are going to take the girls to see Chicken Little later this afternoon. This will be Katie's first movie - wish me luck

Also, I wanted to share a picture taken at the Dis Meet I went to last weekend. Stephanie found a new friend and they were dancing up a storm!! This little boy is BethanyF's 7yr old son.

Have a good day everyone!!!

OMG! I was just sining the baby bumble bee song earlier this week. It was one of my brother's favorites.....it is a BOY thing kind of song eh?

:jumping2:

It really was a harrowing experience ::yes:: I would bet that if I measured that thing it was 3/4" to an 1" long :scared:

So, I just came home a little while ago from getting the girls new shoes and Stephanie got her first 2 pairs of Dr. Martens (sp?) and they are really cute. I have to say I have never bought these for myself, but when it comes to my kids I always want them to have good shoes. Luckily, Dr. Martens for little kids are not that expensive (compared to adult shoes) so she got a pair of black shoes and a pair of brown shoes. Katie came home with a new pair of Stride Rites and I'm hoping she doesn't destroy them in 2 days. We have a great little shoe store by us that caters to small children and all the salespeople are so good with fitting shoes to childrens feet - this way I always know the kids are getting a good fit. :teeth:

Well, we are going to be leaving soon for the show - wish me luck with Katie, I'm a little nervous on how she'll be.

Well I'm back from the cinema. I won't give too much away but I will say that I recommend Harry Potter. The film I though was excellent, probably my favourite so far. It was quite dark so not too great for younger kids but actually quite funny in places.

Slo How cute that Stephaine got a pair of Dr. Martins. Did you know that Dr. Martins origionate from the town I live in. The origional factory is still here and still producing the boots. One of my assistants at school has a brother who works there. The new film Kinky Boots that is out at the moment is also based on my town as the town on the whole is famous for making various shoes.

I also just saw Harry Potter IV, and I thought it was great. I must say though, at points I was a little scared, so I can understand the rating!

Last night we had another play-off game that we won, so that means another game, next Saturday! It's going to be 5 hours away or so, so what a fun way to spend my Thanksgiving, huh? Oh well! At least the games are fun, and it won't be 40 degrees or whatever it was last night! I was so cold... anyway...

I hope everyone is doing well and I can't wait till my trip to WDW! Less than a month!

Okay--- the is the order of the Harry Potter movies?

I think I had watch the first one when it was played on ABC this past summer and I rcording on the DVR--- Harry Potter and the Chamber of Secrets. So, HP experts--- will I be able to watch the latest film and not get confused or lost in the story? I'm still not sure if we get the chance to take the nephews to see it because we want to also spend time with NC Beast's oldest brother (the only one that is not married) and his SO.

We watched the latest "Willie Wonka" this afternoon. I kinda like the old version better and NC Beast loves the newer version. It was suppose to be part of NC Beast's Christmas gifts, but I caved in because he had a hard week. I forgot to delete the e-mail confirmations so he knew it was already ordered.

And you can tell when we get lazy, 'cause we just bold a name to make it stand out.

CHOCOLATE?
ummm that would be me!

I'm up early-again! Everyday this week by 4am. ugh. I can't stand it!

Welcome Tenorsingin. Glad you are here! This is a great group of people.

Ok don't be hatin on me but I have NEVER seen one Harry Potter movie. No interest. Should I go now??

OF when you butying the Honda? DH is taking Sam on Friday to car shop. Doubt she will get one then but they will look.

off for some coffee and will try and veg on the couch. ugh

Good morning

Boy it's cold here right now. The freeze has started, it got to 28 degrees last night and is about 34 outside right now. My poor bunnies water bottles keep freezing so I have to go and change them quite often!

NCBelle I have ordered the new Charlie and the chocolate factory movie too. I haven't seen it yet but it is one of the movies that will be shown on our flight next month so I think I will wait until then to see it.

Not much is happening here today. I have to go to a meeting at the theatre in a while but then I have school stuff to do. Oh well, 4 weeks and 2 days to go then I fly to WDW!!

Morning Talkikins!

I saw HP:GOF yesterday. BIL came home from work with tickets in hand....so I was forced to go ;) Loved it. NCBelle I suppose you could see it without seeing the other middle two....just to enjoy the visual effects...but I think you'd enjoy it more if you rented the others first. OR, go see it then rent the others and then go see it AGAIN ::yes::

I think it's time we made some offerings to the TAG FAIRY

1132.jpg
AND
wonka-bar.gif
make a nice start.

Oh, and TAG FAIRY, the people on the Cruise Boards wouldn't mind at all if you paid them a visit ::yes::

Off to do major househould re-arranging....TiggersPal is coming by to help me ORGANIZE!!

Good Sunday morning everyone!!

We took the girls to see Chicken Little yesterday and the movie on a scale of 1 - 10 for me is a 7. BabyKate did great at her first movie - at times she had ants-in-the-pants bouncing between her seat and my lap, but outside of that, she did great.

ibouncetoo - very nice offerings for the TAG FAIRY, it's going to take a lot of self-control for me to not swipe them for myself :teeth:

DHSsenior007 - congrats on you guys winning the playoff game :cheer2: How's school going?

Danauk - How interesting about Dr. Martins oringinating from your town ::yes:: - I bet the town is very proud of this!! :)

All other TAGLIKINS - :wave2:

Today is going to be filled with laundry, housework, and going to the grocery store to buy items for Thanksgiving
1.gif
. This is one of my favorite weeks of the year :) - always filled with a short work week, lots of good food, family from close by and far away, putting up the X-mas tree and watching X-mas movies - I just love it :goodvibes .

Talk to you later everyone and have a good day!!!

Morning...

off to do errands.

NCBelle I would recommend seeing the movies in order..BTW I read a recent review of GOF and the reviewer hadn't read the book, so he was a bit confused by the story line..
See ya later..

Slo, school's going okay, thanks for asking! It's very stressful though, and I think I'm sick because of all the stress. I'm staying home today even though I had a lot of commitments, but I don't want to get anyone else sick, so here I am! It turns out the football game isn't on Saturday, nope, it's on the day after Thanksgiving! That is definitely not good!

I hope y'all have a great day!

Hey guys,
DHSsenior I haven't seen you around for a while but have been thinking about you. How did all the stuff with your mums job turn out? Are you moving or staying where you are? Are you excited about your Christmas trip. I can't believe we will be there in a months time. It seems that as we booked the trip so long ago the fact that I will be in WDW in a month doesn't seem real to me!!

NCBelle I would recommend seeing the other movies too first or reading the book. I thought this movie stook to the book quite well (a lot better than the last film did.) It was something that I was worried about before seeing the movie but I thought they stuck to the story really well considering the size of the book. I think if you didn't know a lot of the histories of some of the characters the story might be confusing.

Oh well it is late here so I should be going to bed.
Have a great evening all.
