I just posted on this, since it's in my county. The high school that the boy went to is about a mile from my house.

His sister just broke my heart. From the previews, I'm just going to be a mess when Mom meets the organ recipient.

Ransom was driving with the older daughter and an oncoming vehicle crossed over the center line and they had a head on collision.

I had a hard time watching this one tonight.

MLK Jr weekend my best friend and I were in Atlanta shopping and going to the aquarium. (She's from there). We were at Lennox Mall when her mom called us and let us know that the build was going on in Waleska! EMHE is our favorite show, and we were so excited that we could take part in it. So we got there bright and early the next morning. We were there for the walk of the volunteers and stood around watching friends and family have break downs. It really touched me.

I've been anxiously awaiting the airing of the show, and was so happy to see it tonight. I had some people over to watch it with me. I'm currently wearing my blue volunteer shirt right now.

What a great episode. I'm so excited that the family got to meet the recipient of Ransom's heart.

It was a great. show. Very sad though. Did they ever mention what happened to her husband? I read they both past away within 3 months of each other. The home was beautiful.

I do not believe that the husband had passed away. What you had heard was that their house burned down and Ransom's car accident happened within 3 months of each other.

And did you see how Ms Faith kissed Ty on the lips?!?! I was so jealous!!!!

OMG, this show just tore me up. I the Handsome Ransom, that was sooo cute. How they ever made it through the video show of him while Jodi Messina was singing that song . I thought it was so sweet how the sister and the heart recepient seemed to bond. Even Tony Perry seemed like such a kind hearted man.

I just this whole show & I think Ty is the perfect host. He's so kind hearted & fun.

Lots of tears shed at our house tonight while watching the show. Very sad but touching at the same time.

Our DD had a heart transplant when she was 6 weeks old and she'll be 18 years old in a couple of weeks. At one point in the show she cried and cried for the baby whose heart she has. We all did. I'm so grateful for that precious baby's mom who gave the ultimate gift and blessed our lives forever.

I'm really glad the show focused so much on organ donation. In my work I see a lot of drivers licenses and I am saddened by how many have an "N" in that organ donor box.

You know, that suprised me as well... when we were at the build, they made a big deal about the other boy. His mom was there and everything.

Another thing that I was REALLY suprised they didn't mention on the show... the whole morning it was really really overcast and cold. When we did the moment of silence for Ransom the sun peaked out from the clouds and shone down on all of us. It gives me chills remembering it. One of the designers (Michael) even mentioned it after the fact when we were still standing around. I was really disappointed that they didn't get that in the editing.

How could you NOT cry watching the show last night!
