extra TS kids question

we are considering using the resort babysitting service which provides a meal.
This will leave us 3 extra TS kids. We are wanting to do a breakfast for a day or 2. Are they tracking kids TS yet? so we could apply it towards an adult meal and pay OP for the kids?
I am assuming yes, if we choose a place that doesn't have a kids menu? How do you alert the person when you pay? Like don't they see the kids standing there and just want to use all your credits for them and you?
anyway to use that extra TS as a downgrade to a cs?(can understand not upgrading a cs to a ts)

Is wolfgang puck cafe still a cs meal? been drooling for their scrambled eggs again
