Extra Towel ?'s

I agree that the extra $6 is not that bad a price, but being a single mum travelling overseas with two kids (I pay about $1500 only for my plane tickets), I'm trying to cut the extra costs wherever I can. If my situation was different I probably wouldn't even blink an eye about paying for that kind of extras if I wanted them.
So sorry for even suggesting that
I know people do it but it costs more to launder pool towels than regular towels according to a DVC VP. I can see you're using the towel and take it back to the room but to purposefully take them to save a few dollars is like taking a cruise and ducking out on the gratuities.

I love the fact that when we bought in last year our guide told us we should do this if we needed more towels.

I'll bet you believed a lot of that other stuff your guide told you too, didn't you?:rotfl:

Didn't mean to start a controversy over "to use pool towels or not" Have every intention of purchasing the towel package just wanted to know how to go about doing it and if we could keep them for the length of our stay. As for where to hang the extra towel...I bring an extra over the door rack or we just hang then on the hangers(buy the clips) to dry in the closet. After each person is done in the morning we will switch so that the dry towels are there for the evening.

We bought some plastic coat hangers from Wal-Mart that have 2 sliding clips on them. They work great for drying your towels out.
