Extra pixie dust?

I know this has been asked before but I can't find the old posts so I hope you don't mind me asking you all again.

We're going in two weeks and I thought I'd email the hotel to see if anything extra pixie dust can be sprinkled on our booking at the Sequioa.

But I don't know where to email and what to say or ask for...

Any success stories / advice?

we are going to celebrate my husbands 40th birthday, so i was wondering the same thing.

also a few weeks ago i noticed a post with a link to a brochure for ordering extra gifts at the new york hotel, does anyone have a link to ordering gifts at disneyland hotel?

You can email them DLP.GUEST.COMMUNICATION@disney.com or fax the hotel 033 1 60 45 51 33.

I have requested rooms in the main building & have usually got them, also mentioned it was a birthday on my last trip & got some chocolate coins & water in the room. I always say that I know they can't guarantee it but would be great if they could honour it.

Go not expecting anything that way if it doesn't happen then you won't be disappointed.

I've never come across one , as yet, for any of the other hotels but I'm sure that if the HNY does it the DLH will do to.

I'd contact them and ask what they can do for you, it may even be possible to work with an idea that you have seeing as it is their top hotel

Many thanks for that, it's my sons 11th the day we arrive so i have messaged them asking if they could do something and also if they could allocate a room near the wifi area as i will need it.
