We will be spending one night in Disney and have the Deluxe Disney Dining Plan for that one night. We are scheduled for a dinner in Ohana and will likely have an extra guest with us. Since we get 3 Adult Table Services per adult, would we be able to share with our guest and use one table service for their meal and just take from our "bank" or would we have to pay separately. Would the same apply for a child that wasn't on the dining plan? Could we pay for their meal or let them use one of our kids' meals?

No. The official policy is you cannot share credits with someone not on the DDP. Your KTTW will say how many people are on your reservation and that is how many credits you are allowed to use at any one meal. For example, if you have 2 adults and 2 kids, your card will have 2A/2C. You should not be allowed to use more than that number of credits per meal.

Sorry, you cannot use dining credits for people who are not on your dining plan. Your KTTW cards will indicate the number of adults and children in your room and servers cannot deduct more than the specified number of adult and children's meals at one time.

This is from the FAQs of the dining plan:

Q. Can I use my Disney Dining Plan to redeem meals for friends or family members who are not included in my reservation or have not purchased a Disney dining plan?
A. Sorry, you may not use your Disney Dining Plan to redeem meals for friends or family members who are not included in your reservation or have not purchased a Disney dining plan.
