Extra Money Towards Disney!!

We still owed $990 on our Disney Vacation and I had the money saved and was planning on paying it off this week. I was just at Sam's Club and they have $100 Disney Gift Cards that come with a bonus $10 when you purchase it. I bought 9 of them and got $90 extra and used that to pay for the rest of what we owed for the trip. It's not much but it adds up paying for your vacation. Thought I'd share this great deal!

Genius! I don't belong to Sam's (don't have one near us) but always go with my mom when visiting on Black Friday. I'm going to have to pick up a few of those -- and buying them with a Disney Visa would make it even sweeter! (not sure I can do that if it's my mom's membership... hmmm)

It let me enter them online just like a regular gift card.

Our card is expired. We went with my inlaws to see if it was worth renewing. They swiped their sam's card and I paid with our visa. They usually don't give us problems with that.

Our Sam's doesn't take Visa (unless it's a debit card). I thought that was a nationwide thing. Wonder why ours doesn't?

I was wondering the same thing but now looking at the back of it the disneystore gift card # is very similar sequence to the regular gift card #'s..

Am I understanding correctly?? Ive been reading that those $10 gift cards that you get as a bonus are not good at WDW.. only at the disneystore or online disneystore, but not in the parks..

I do understand that the $100 in giftcards can be used towards disneycruise, wdw, etc.. but not the $10 ones..

Is this the case or am I understanding wrong? Me and DH are about to head to WDW in a few weeks and I was gonna get him an annual pass.. Im thinking even if I cant use the other cards in the park I can at least use them for a little Christmas shopping for some ornaments that Ive been eyeing.. but just want to make sure and clarify it with anyone who has already purchased the cards..

The bonus card is for the Disneystore....it is not another Dinsey gift card.
