Extra Magic Hours ?

Hi all,
We are planning our first trip to Disney this October. It will be my DH, myself, and my 2 DD's ages 5 and 3. I see that if you stay at a disney hotel there are extra park hours. Is there a way to find out which parks have extra hours which days? I would like to make some meal reservations before we go but would like to plan meals around which park we will be in that day. And if possible I would like to plan which parks we go to based on which ones have extra hours that particular day.

Nevermind I think I found it. I found a schedule on the disney website but it only goes through Sept and of course I need Oct I'll have to remember to check back in a month or so to see if they have Oct added. I know it is to early to make reservations for dining yet anyway I'm just a planner and want to know everything now
