Extra Magic Hours eateries?

Does anyone know what eating establishments are open on Extra Magic Hour Evenings at the Magic Kingdom?

We were there value season (Feb) and there was only like two things open. Very limited choices, but it could have been because it was value season. Sorry.

We usually eat right before EMH begin and then use the time of the EHM to ride the rides but I'm sure some things should be open when we are there in 8 DAYS!!!!!!!!!

Last August we ate at Comic Rays during MK EMH. I also rember lots of smaler stands around the park still beng open.
