Extra Magic Hours and Dinner reservations

Hey all hope someone can help. Can someone tell me when I could expect disney to release its EMH, parade and firework times for September/October 2012. Were just trying to see where we'd like to eat (early planning I know!) but we have no idea when times are released and dont want to book early/late meals if we dont know what times parks open?!
Hope that makes some kind of sense to someone (sorry been a long week already! ) Plus where would i find out this info?

Park hours do change but these might help you to get some idea!
