This may be a silly question but here goes:

You can book your ADR's 180 days in advance.

Will the EMH's be up on Disney's website for that month yet?

I just wondered as it seems like it will be a close call as to whether the hours will be posted yet.

Yes.

Disney posts advance hours approx. 6 months in advance.

That's not to say times and events won't CHANGE, but they will be a good basis for planning and making ressies.
