How does EMH affect rope drop? Do they do rope drop at the EMH or do they do it at regular hours?

There is no always when it comes to rope drop. There is "often" or "sometimes".

Usually the non-EMH folks are allowed into DL or DCA nd held at a rope.

When EMH starts, usually folks are held at the turnstiles and the so-called rope drop is there. But when DL or DCA open later (like at 9AM or 10AM) EMH folks are allowed into the park at a rope in many cases.
