what time do the parks open on the extra magic hour mornings?

My understanding is that they open one hour earlier than the posted time. What I'm not sure of is if these changes are sometimes or if it's always one hour. One of my co-workers said MK was open at 7am for EMH while she was there for spring break the week before last.

The morning EMH is always one hour before the posted opening time on the disneyworld.com site. The evening EMH is always three hours past the posted closing time. Since EMH is only available to Disney resort guests the times listed on the Disney site are for the general public.
You need to click on the specific EMH tab to get those times.

That's because the "regular" opening time during the two weeks around Easter was 8:00AM.
