Extra Magic Hour morning and evenings?

Okay back in Dec.2004 these were not up and going so I have a few questions:

We are returning in July and the posted hours for example are:

July 9th
MK 9am-11pm
Epcot 9am-9pm
MGM 9am-10pm
AK 9am-7pm

The extra morning park is Epcot so it would open at 7:30 or 8am?

The evening park is the MK, would it be 3 hours past the stated hours of 11pm?

Am I clear on how this works?

Yep, you got it correct. The posted hours are for ACTUAL times of the parks. If Epcot as an early hour, it will open one hour before the actual time posted (so at 8am). Same with Extra Magic Hours...except it states the extra hours can be anywere from 1 hour up to 3 hours (so the park could be open until 2am). Hope this helps!
