Extra Magic Hour at Night costs money?

Someone recently told me that EMH at night costs $12. Is this true?

EMH at night is a free perk for resort guests. That person confused EMH with E ticket nghts at the Magic Kingdom. E -Ticket nights were held on select evenings and would costs $12 to attend. They'd have about a dozen attractions running and it was limited in how many people could buy tickets.
