i think this is allowed by Disney, but if it is not please let me know.

We will have 2 older people in our party, and they will only use 1 FP per day. If I still book them 3 FP, my kids can use the other 2 FP if we borrow their magic bands right? To make it easier, is there a way for them to get a second magic band or card so that they can still use their magic bands to get in their room or use their dining credits? Staying onsite.

This is ok as long as the person who is "sharing" the FP is actually in the same park on the same day, otherwise the system will lock them out.

If you really want to do this you could use their park ticket for FP+ access and let them wear their MB or just purchase an additional MB for them at any gift shop.

But our park tickets are on our magic bands. So are you saying we could get a physical ticket? Is that the card (like credit card size)? If so, how do we get that.

Every magic band you have ever gotten is active until you deactivate it or the battery dies. Your park tickets are on your MDE account, not on your magic band. We usually bring two or three old bands with us so I can color coordinate my band to my clothes for the day. They all work until deactivated on the website.

To answer this directly... yes.
You can get a “credit card” ticket at no charge from any ticket booth or Guest Relations.
All you need is a legal photo ID. Both the ticket and your MB will continue to work interchangeably.

Yes. Anyone can use someone else’s magic band as long as there is an active FP on it. No issues.

Yes, but the older people must have physically entered the park and scanned their ticket or magic band that day before others can use their FP+. You can't simply take their magic bands into the parks and use the FP+ otherwise, as PP mentioned, you will be locked out of your MDE account.

Nothing is actually on the bands themselves. The bands simply are a tool to access your account. They work identically to the cards. As has been noted above, you can get cards if you want. Or you can swap Magic Bands. It’s up to you. Just make sure everyone has entered the same park before using other people’s Fastpasses.

But will the ticket work to get them in the room and still allow the FP+ to work in the park? Or would accessing the room red flag the FP+ and cause issues? I would think using a MB and ticket linked to one person in two areas of the property would be a reason to red flag the account? Especially if they are using dining plan points as well?

It's not against the rules to use someone else's FPs, so you don't need to worry about red flags. No, the physical ticket media (the card you get from the ticket window or GR) would not open their resort door. So in your case, you would have them keep the Magic Band for admission/dining/FPs/resort access and you would take the ticket media to use for the FPs. As noted above, the people whose FPs you are using as the extras would need to have entered the park that day for you to be able to use those FPs. Otherwise, if you use those FPs and they have not entered the park, that account will be frozen.
