Extra Hours (Deluxe Resorts) vs Boo Bash

I see that the extra hours for Deluxe Resorts have a rule that says you have to have a park registration for that park on that day.

Does the same apply for Boo Bash? In a perfect world I would like to do one park during the day and then go to Boo Bash in the evening.

You don't need a reservation for Boo Bash since it's a separately ticketed event. A lot of people will go to a different park during the day!

These dated tickets do not require an additional day theme park ticket or Disney Park Pass theme park reservation.

You don't need a park reservation for that park, that day for the Deluxe Resort extra hours if you had a park reservation elsewhere, visited that park at some point during the day and you have a park hopper ticket or AP.

Boo Bash, on the other hand, is a hard ticket event that is independent of the park reservation system.
