I enrolled the club in mid of March and I have just received my club card today. Along with the card and usual greeting letter, I also received a booklet called "Travel America at HalfPrice". It says in the book that Disney Club has partnered up with the Entertainment Program, so club members can receive 50% discount off the rack rate of selected hotel rooms, or 10% off the discounted rate if it is lower than 50% of the rack rate. Also, at selected restaurants, members also get 20% off if the total bill is more than $25.

This offer is good until June 2003. I have never heard anyone mentioning it on the board. So it was a surprise to me.

Just thought you might be interested to know.:D

I have tried to use this at a couple of hotels, and they never had availability with that discount. I think the # of rooms dedicated to that particular discount are few and far between! Good Luck! ( I have saved $$ using my DC at WDW, DLR and the DS, making it an excellent deal for me!)

You can also use the card to get 20% discount at restaurants. Go to the DC site and check out all of the places in your area it is good at. We just returned from Flagstaff and I was able to get 20% off of our dinner at the radisson woodlands restaurant.

With the Entertainment Club discount, that is how DC has been most beneficial to me. We sometimes go on weekend trips and have been able to stay at very nice Comfort Inns for 40-50 dollars a night. It has saved us a lot of money.
