I know that more than 2 adults will be charged a fee to be added to the room. I think Deluxe it's $25? It that a one time fee, or is that per night of the stay?

I'm trying to plan a couples trip, but the other couple lives in Tampa and could drive over for a day instead of spending the weekend. But if they do that we won't be able to make fast passes together 60 days out. I was thinking of adding them to the reservation even though they won't be staying if it's a one time fee because $50 isn't too much, but if it's per night that would add up fast. Is there a way to just have them added to only one night instead if that's the case?

It's $25 per extra adult per night. And if they're staying more than 1 night, they need to be added for the length of time that they're there.

isnt it the same cost to add a child to the room? daughter's BFF now lives in Florida and she wants her to spend a night which we're ok with. and do we tell the front desk or how do we go about it?

We are only going to be there two nights. Is there anyway to have them added to only one night of the stay since we will only be going to the parks with them for one day?

I'm pretty sure kids are free in the room. Only extra adults cost money.

hm pretty sure i read that we needed to add her as she'll likely use the pool and club level benefits for the night/morning.

I do think you need to add her to the reservation, I just don't think you'll be charged for it if she's not an adult. Is she under 18?

YesYou need to add your daughters friend to the reservation in order to have a Magic Band, use the CL Lounge and the pool. There is no charge for a 10 YO.

They need to be added for each night that they're there.

It's per night but if they aren't staying over no problem ..........

Get connected on MDE via Friends and Family. You can make their FP+ at 60 days with yours as long as you are connected. I do it all the time with friend who lives in Orlando.

If it is just for FP+ don't worry. Link them as friends and family and then you can book everyone's FPs at 60 days out. They will not be able to modofy theirs until 30 days but you can book at modify through your account.

The extra adult fee is for 18+ and it is per night, believe me I know as my "kids" are adults now at 18 and 19!

If they are actually staying over then just add them when you check in for the nights they will stay so they can use the facilities and take advantage of emh.

If they are not staying in the room then just link them and book all the FP+ together. My sil lives in Clearwater and usually just stays one night (if at all) and we are able to make fp+ for her and my nieces with ours even when they aren't staying with us.

Thank you! That's great to know I just need to link to their accounts. This makes planning so much easier :)
