Extra 100 Days for Non-Florida Residents

On the attractions board, several people are reporting that they receive the extra 100 days on the AP by just asking even though they were not Florida residents. Is thsi just customer relations or is the 100 days available if you ask?

It may be the CM or it could be that you really have to complain and say that this is not fair. However, it appears that several people on the Attractions board did get the extra 100 days.
