Extinct Rides/Attractions You've Done?

I only rode 20,000 Leagues under the Sea once, when I was 4 years old. It was soooo awesome!! I was so scared at first, then I started loving it. My parents taped most of it, along with ALL of Mr. Toads Wild Ride, good googly moogly, that ride was awesome!!

Everything mentioned except it was "Mission to the Moon" the first time around!

We first went way back in 1976 when each attraction required a ticket one of my favorite extinct rides was If You Had Wings, because it was sponsored by Eastern airlines,it did not require a ticket...this was always a ride you went to if you felt that you needed to stop for a little while and relax while still experiencing a wonderful ride for free....Also loved Mr Toad, and Main Street Cinema(another ticketless attraction)...Wedway people mover(only the name has changed)...and last but not least the fact that if you were staying onsite it meant that you were returning to either The Futuristic Contemporary or The tropical paradise of The Polynesian, and that was it......The memories are many but I still think it has all gotten even better over the years..(not many things can I say that about)

Did anyone mention Magic Journeys? That was a good one.

I really, really miss Horizons. When that died, I think that the whole personality of Epcot Future World changed. :(

Alien Encounter
20,000 Leagues
Alien Encounter
Monster Sound Show

I know I put Alien Encounter twice, but I really liked it...

Discovery Island: Presented by Friskies. I have the hand out paphlit from the last time we in 1998.

Dream Flight
Mission to Mars (my cousin freaked out)
Sea Cabs
20,000
Mr Toad
SkyWay
Main Street C. when it had Steamboat Willy on loop and that was it.
The canoes on the river. in 1998 the loading area was still there.
Other I do not remember.

I really loved Captain EO, though it certainly did need to go.

And don't forget about the Mickey Mouse Review and Circle Vision 360-America the Beautiful (I think) - brought to you by Monsanto.
If you had wings was a favorite.
All the lost rides and songs of Epcot.
Walter Cronkite narrating Spaceship Earth.
The walking backstage tour at MGM when it really went in back of the sound stages and showed you how they ran things - and showed a short movie starring Bette Midler.
The video reservations and information kiosks located in Spaceship Earth. The double decker buses around the world showcase.

Mickey Mouse Revue....Saw it first time when I was 3 and didn't stop talking about it for years! Still have postcard from it! ::MickeyMo

20,000 Leagues
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
The Skyway to Tomorrowland/Fantasyland
Mission to Mars (so funny to compare the technology of Mission Space now)
caveman in Ice Station Cool
Captain EO
Breakfast (banana stuffed french toast) at Bonfamille's
Saw Figment-less Journey into your Imagination
Living Seas when it had the ride in it
Country Bear Jamboree at DL
Canoes around the river
Circlevision 3D
The sky rockets at DL that replaced the
PeopleMover
The People Mover (I miss TRON!)
The old Autopia at DL (before Chevron cars)
Alien Encouter (did not care for this but still glad I got to do it)
The orginal water mice

I am sure I will think of more....hmm. I will be back but those are the top ones!

Edited to add:
Food Rocks
Pi when it was still fun

River Country
Skyway to Tomorrow
If You Had Wings
Circle-Vision 360
Mr. Toad's Wild Ride
20,000 Leagues
Horizons
World of Motion
Captain EO
Kitchen Cabaret
BTW...who narrates Spaceship Earth now??? OP said "...when Walter Cronkite narrated SE"...that's the last time I rode it!

Dinner at the Papeete Bay Verandah - now 'Ohana....

Favs that are long gone:

20,000 Leagues
If You Had Wings
Horizons
Carousel of Progress "Now is the time" version (it may be sacrilegious, but I like "Now is the time..." better than "Great big beautiful tomorrow...", maybe because that was what I first remember about CoP)
SeaCabs at the Living Seas

and one I haven't seen mentioned....

the Swan Boats at MK

And speaking of Spaceship Earth, which I love, did they used to have a different kind of buggy to ride in? When I was there in May I was so disappointed to see the car I would be riding in. I'm sure when I was last there, in 1995, the buggy was sort of rounded and came over your head. It was like a little coccon and you couldn't really see anyone else. Did I imagine this?

When Captain Fulton's was the Empress Lily and they had character breakfast's there. That is where I went to my first character breakfast.

I am also a huge fan of the original Journey Into the Imagination with Figment and Dream Finder. The one now is better than the Figmentless one but it will never beat the original. Oh and I also love World of Motion and Horizons.

The original Universe of Energy before Ellen, I used to think that ride was torture.

I miss Alien Encounter too, and we never got to visit River Country. :(

But at least we can still ride Mr. Toad's at Disneyland!! Very psychedelic & funny.
