Extended Stay America??????????

Has anyone ever stayed at the Extended Stay on Clementine? If so you have pictures and what did you think of it. I got a room for $30 a night and have seen pictures of the one on Katella and am really curious. I dont expect perfection for $30 but would like to know what I have to look forward to. Only 18 days to go yay

I've heard some rough things about this motel. I would get on trip advisor and thoroughly research it and what people have had trouble with and just try to make the best of it as you probably got it on priceline. I have found if you just know what to ask for and or avoid it goes pretty well if you are in the know. It seems being close to Garden walk would have it's benefits including Mcormack and Schmick's happy hour---

Our Happy Hour is from 3:00pm-6:00pm and again from 9:30-Close Monday
through Friday. We have food specials that are $1.95 and $4.95. Similar
to Portland's.

I have looked at trip advisor and for the most part everyones complaints seemed like they were expecting a 5* for the price of a 1*. I am more so looking for layout and what not...I like to know what I am headed into before I get there. I dont expect frills or any extras for that low of a rate. It is just me and my husband (yay...a few days alone without the kiddos...even though I will miss them the whole time we are gone) so we just need a place to sleep and shower and change. Thank you for the info on the Garden Walk. I am curious to see what the garden walk is like.
