Extended hours week after Christmas?

The dates we'll be at WDW (12/27-12/28) currently have park hours listed as 9AM-10/10:30PM with an 8AM EMH for some. I've read some blogs talking about the parks opening as early as 7AM with EMHs and staying open until 1AM that week (Christmas-New Years). Is that normally the case? I'm trying to book ADRs and make a general touring plan, so I'm wondering if I should anticipate the parks being open for extended hours.

Done. Thanks! I really wish Disney would have their hours finalized 6 months out for the sake of ADRs, especially during busy times of the year! Fingers crossed they don't switch up the extra magical hour.
