Extended final payment for cruises through March 31, 2022

Just received this email form DCL for our Fantasy cruise in February.

I got the same for our cruise on the wonder. Taking this as a sign things won’t be very normal by March. I think I will go ahead and move to summer 2022. Hoping by then we won’t need at-port testing if vaccinated. I just can’t risk getting stranded at the port with no way to fly home.
