Extended Evening hours at the parks

Our last trip was in 2000 and they called them E-ticket nights. Now we want to do them again. I see there are extended hours at all 4 parks now. How much does it cost for the wrist bands? Is it worth it at all 4 parks? I am wondering about animal kingdom as we will be there at beginning of October. Won't it be pretty dark, then. I assume only a few rides will be open and am thinking that our time might be better spent elsewhere. Thoughts on this please!!

It's FREE (well, free with your park admission) as long as you are staying at a WDW resort. Evening EMH are usually pretty crowded!

I too remember paying for E-tickets, but it is free now. AK left *most* attractions open late when we were there last week...I think KS closed at 7:15?

It is FREE! Most all of the big attractions are open and it is very busy!
