Express transportation? How does it work

is it worth cost only some times etc? Do they have ecv spots. Wife found a link on Pinterest I have not seen anything about it before said like 15 per person

there is a coast for a one day use of it and a 7 day use of it ( I forgot the price like 20 and 40)

they use the normally disney buss and there is room for an ECV
