Has anyone used the new Express Transportation? Can you bring an ECV on the vehicles?

Only time you will be at a major disadvantage if there are already two waiting or if traveling with more than 2. The buses for this are timely but the run every 30 minutes.

They told my Friend and ai if there were already two ECV waiting then they would get another bus, never happened in the 20 or so times we took the buss in fact she was the only ECV on the bus

It not a guarantee that they will have a bus available and you will still have to wait for it to get there which could be 30 minutes depending on where it is and whether it currently has guests onboard.

I'm really looking forward to using this service - I think it is one of the best new ideas WDW has had in a while!

The Express transportation departs every 30 minutes, so having a bus available would pretty much require a wait of up to 30 minutes for any guest who doesn't arrive at the pickup area at the precise moment the bus arrives. Any guests aboard a specific Express bus would have to either be disembarking or returning to the originating park.

This post (my second post) was in response to the post beneath my first post that stated... "It not a guarantee that they will have a bus available and you will still have to wait for it to get there which could be 30 minutes depending on where it is and whether it currently has guests onboard."

They said that in response to my first post which stated...

Thanks for clearing that up, stitchlovestink.

just went to disney today and The CM said that one of the resin why they like you to get there 10 minutes early is so they know if they need to get another bus over, they said that they would get the next bus to come to drop off guest at the park you are at would not pick any guest up but would then go to the express buss stop, they said this would take 10-15 minute. I asked if this ever happened and what if you had a FP or something like that that you misses, he said Disney would take care of it. He had been doing this since the start of it ( I have seen him at lest 3 times at AK) and he just said once and when he was going to call for another bus the guest said dot to worry and the guest would take the nest bus, he also said that he really has not heard of there being more then 2 ECV at a time.
