Express Passes for Harry Potter Rides?

Can anyone tell me if the "front of the line" passes that you get when you book at a Universal hotel work on the Harry Potter attractions? I'm getting different answers every time I call!

The Express Pass does not work for the Forbidden Journey ride. They do work for the Hippogriff ride and the Dragon ride. There is a single rider line for Forbidden Journey. You should wait in the normal line for all 3 rides once just to see what is displayed as you make you way through the line. Also, with single rider line, you usually end up in the 4th seat on the ride - we found this seat not to be as good as the other 3 seats - not that it's a bad seat, it's just the other seats are better.

i found no difference in any of the seats, as its basically a row of 4 and you all go the same way, they also tend to close the single rider line at times ,so its not always open.
As for DC, i never go through the normal line , and the hippogriff, the FOTL , goes up beside the normal line, and there is nothing really to see in it anyway
