express pass?

Hi well I'll be going to IOA and US next week but I won't be staying at a universal resort. So I was wondering if there was another way of getting an express pass if you aren't staying on site???

Yes, you can purchase books of Express Passes for each park. You get one Express Pass for each attraction. Ask at the ticket kiosks out front.

Don't forget you still get free express passes available at the kiosks near the attraction just as disneys fast pass
