Having just returned after a 2 week stay at the HRH I just wanted to express just how much we loved the express pass.

The parks were busier (though not busy) at the weekends, but it just gave us the opportunity to totally relax during our visits to the parks.

I cannot tell you how many times we rode Hulk, FJ, Spiderman etc etc etc - if anyone is wondering weather stay at the deluxe hotels is worth it, the Unlimited Express Pass really pays for itself.

It also gives you a great opportunity to beat your scores on Men In Black...me and my partner were ruthless by the end of the holiday on that one.

Also, with Hagrids still having long waits it really gives you the opportunity to queue up for the ride without worrying about not getting other rides in during your day.

Cannot recommend having one enough.

Only the Deluxe hotels existed when we first started going to Universal, so we have never been without it. We just got home from 11 days in the parks and it is just so relaxing. We ride MiB for 2 hours straight most days.

I don't know how people walk around all day with lanyards around their necks. I loop mine through a belt loop and put the pouch in my pocket. It's very easy to pull out to present the EP.

@Lashed34 what a fun and positive thread, we too couldn't agree more!
We've stayed at RPR twice so far, our first visit crowd levels were around 6/7 and weekends were higher. Our most recent trip was during Thanksgiving break! Crowds were insane and we knew this going in. We never travel to the parks during the holidays but having EP made this trip so stress free.

@Squirlz happy to hear you had a wonderful time! The lanyards are pretty much a non issue for us. Two years ago when our son was in Jr. High it was a requirement all students wear them and this process is still on going in high school. It's also a requirement for DH and I to wear them at our jobs.

EDIT: Students are required to wear Student ID's in their lanyards. If a student goes to school without it, they are sent home.

We wear lanyards all the time on vacation at Universal.......don’t even notice them at all. So convenient and no need to fish it out of pant trousers like the teenager who’s pants were so tight he could hardly squeeze it out of the pocket.....

I like my lanyard and we all wear them.......Kyle has to wear one for getting into his office building and is required to wear it all times too. Plus we have really cool HHN ones.......::yes::

Lashed......pleased you had such a lovely trip......good to hear.
