Express Pass ?'s for June 8-16

Hi, I have a few questions regarding Express Pass and your input would be greatly appreciated!
I am trying to help out with some planning for DS & his New DW with a Honeymoon trip we are giving them to Orlando.
They are staying off-site.
They will be getting the Buy 2 get 1 Day Free Tickets.
They will be at these parks somewhere in the week of June 8-16 and visiting the parks utilizing the best crowd days via Undercover Tourist.
I see lots of advise to wait to buy Express Pass until you see the crowd levels.
Is that still applicable during these days?
I understand they only have so many EP available.
Isn't it possible they could run out of EP's?
By what time would they need to decide if they want them or not each day?

Its not too bad during that time in June so I think they would be OK w/o the EPs. Stay away from the weekends at the Studios since the Summer Concert Series will be going on then and the crowds will be quite large.

Get there early, use single rider lines where applicable and have meals at off peak times to keep the crowds manageable.

If they are afraid EPs might sell out, they could always go ahead and buy them now but if they get there and the lines aren't bad, they've wasted their money.

if they go early june, i can't see the epp's selling out during the week.



if they buy the epp's now, they will be stuck with them as they are park/date related with no refunds.



if it pours down rain most of the day that they are in the park, the epp's would be a waste of money for them.
many peeps rather take shelter and not be out in the rain for rides.

more of the rides at the studios is inside, but you still have to walk through the rain to reach those rides.
