express pass rides

Is the express pass good for all the rides in Universal and Islands of Adventure?
I know it's not good for FJ. I have searched the site and can't find that information.

It is not good for Hollywood Rip Ride Rockit, Pteranadon Flyers and Forbidden Journey. There is also no express line for the little Ollivander's show.

Is this the pass that you get for staying onsite?

If you can't use the express pass on a ride, can you do the "rider swap" for babies?

And an unrelated question...do most of the major rides have single rider lines?

Yes, you can do baby swap. Some of the major rides have single lines.

Kind of...hotel guests get unlimited Express but the EP you buy is only good once through the line.

You can use Baby Swap for most attractions and most of the major attractions have single rider lines. BUT...some attactions only open the single line when it gets busy. You'll have to check at the queue entrance.
