Hi there! We are staying at Sapphire Falls in June and since passes don't come with the resort stay we'll need to purchase separately. Since its day specific and you must choose the date to use, we need to go to the front of park to get them. Does anyone know if we just go to a kiosk or do we have to go to a desk of some sort and deal with customer service? Are we able to get them the day before and print out or only the morning of and one last question are they outside the gate to where we can print them while we wait for park to open. Thanks so much! We want to utilize as much time as we can in the morning and do whatever is easiest and saves us the most time.

The ticket desk at your hotel or Citywalk can help.
Have you priced out upgrading to Royal Pacific, Hard Rock or Portofino? It’s often way cheaper to get the Express Passes that way. 1 night in one of those 3 hotels gives 2 days worth of EPs to everyone in your room. Run the numbers.

All the rooms are sold out .. well I believe there was 1 room at Portofino but I was really hoping for a kids suite, which none of those had except Sapphire Falls! I wasn't sure if it was indeed cheaper and do you need to pick the days in advance was well or it just works the days you are there? We are planning on Checking in on a Sunday, leaving Thursday, but our days will be.
Mon - Blizzard Beach
Tues - IOA
Wed - Volcano Bay
Thurs - Universal.

and were doing 3 days 3 parks so if able we can go to more than 1 if we want.

In the premier hotels, you get express pass for every day you are there,, including check in day and check out day.. If you buy one night at any premier hotel, you'll get 2 days of express pass (check in and check out day) for everyone booked in the room. If you have several people, this will likely be significantly cheaper than 2 days of express passes, even if you don't use the room.

If you move Volcano Bay to the last day and don't mind moving around you could do SF Monday night, Portofino Tues night and have EP's Tues and Wed. Move to Cabana Bay Family Suite Wed night and go to VB Thursday. You have only one day in a normal hotel room. Even then the Premier's are pretty large.
