Express Pass question

My family and I will be at Universal for three days, and have a 1 time use express pass for one of the days. There are some rides that two of us will be skipping due to motion sickness issues. I assume it will not be a problem for other family members to take advantage of both their own single ride usage and then use passes of non riders for a second trip? We have done this with fastpasses at WDW with no problem.

Might as well use the ep as fully as you can

Yep, I see no problem with it. You're using something that was bought and paid for. It's not like anyone is getting an "extra" benefit from it, other than the ones in your group who are taking the place of those who won't use the benefit.
