Hello

Just wondering if express is needed on a 6/10 crowd day?
Never been to Universal only Disney so I don't know what that would mean crowd wise is that manageable?
I'm hoping so because express pass isnt really in the budget
Thanks

You should wait until you arrive and see the wait times before purchasing the EP. That said...when are you going? A lot will depend on the time of year you plan on visiting. The old crowd calendars can not be accurate unless they've including Diagon Alley in their predictions.

Im going in October the week of the 19th to 28th

if you are doing day trips and staying of site, mondays and tuesdays should be good days to hit the darkside.

HHN will happen on wed, thur, fri, sat and sun which brings in some crowds on the weekends in the afternoons at the studios.

shouldn't be an issue at ioa.

Yes staying offsite doing two days park to park but the days won't be consecutive days both on non HH nights

How long are waits for the other non Harry potter rides
Ex Suess Landing and the Minion ride

For the Suess Landing rides, you should expect wait times of under 25 minutes (just a guess) but Despicable Me will have long waits throughout the day...it always does.
