Express Pass Last week July IOA?

First time to IOA. We are going for a day sometime the last week in July. My thought was a Tuesday (although I can be flexible with the day we go.) We'll be in the Daytona Beach area for the week and told DD, huge Harry Potter fan we'd go to IOA for the day.

Do you recommend purchasing the Express pass for a day? We only have one day there and I'd hate to be standing in hour lines for everything. Don't mind 20-30 minute lines, but would hate to spend our only day in terrible lines. Can we get it when we get there if we see lines are really bad?

Thanks for your help! Been to WDW many time, but new to US and really looking forward to the trip!

Yes you can still get them in the park, once you've seen the lines for yourself. That is what I and the experts here recommend. I'm not an expert, I just happen to agree with them.
