Going to universal 11/13/15 while on Disney trip. Any thoughts on spending extra for the express pass for party of four? Staying on property at Disney.

Thanks.

I'll be there that week 9-12 and we aren't doing express pass. Don't think we'll need it.

I'm contemplating being there at US/IOA November 23/24 with the 25 at MK. I too would like to know if it is beneficial AND if I'm purchasing this as a package through Allegiant Air, can I upgrade to the Express upon arrival and if so, where? TIA!

NWA - Early in November you probably won't need them, unless you are only taking one day to go to Uni and want to do EVERYTHING. The EP's aren't good for the big Harry Potter rides (Forbidden Journey & Gringotts) so get there right at park opening and do one or the other with a shorter wait.

rockinmama - Around Thanksgiving it will get more crowded, so they would be a lot more helpful. I would imagine you could upgrade at Guest Services, which at both parks is to the left at you are facing the entrance.

We are staying at Disney and going over for 1 day. I bought the ExpressPass for my husband and son but not for myself or my daughter. They are into thrill rides so I figure we'll split up and they can do their thing and we'll be fine without it. The thought of going over for two days sounded exhausting to me so I figured if they can do as much as they can in 1 day and we can relax the second day we're golden.

There's no need to purchase the express pass in advance. Go, and if you think you'd like it you can purchase it at many locations WITHIN the parks.
