Express Pass for Transformers?

What are the odds that Transformers will have Express Pass right off the bat?

We rode it last year at Universal Hollywood and they had an express line...and it is a new addition for them, as well..so hopefully, yes

All the pictures posted so far have an express sign at the entrance. If there was going to be no express I think they would not have it hung like at RRR.
