Express Monorail Not Running

FYI:
We went to the MK last week Thr. & Fri. and both mornings the Express Monorail was down. They were instructing everyone to take the ferry. It was very crowded....

When you say "IT" was crowded are you refering to the ferry or to Magic Kingdom?

Just wondering, not that it mattered, but every time we have taken the ferry it is always crowded.

What time of the day was it? I have been there when it wasn't running because it was an hour or two after park opening. They directed me to the resort monorail.

We were there last Friday (1/23) and arrived at the TTC around 8:45. We were directed to the Ferry, which was not very crowded at that time. By the time we got across, had our bag checked and swiped our tickets the park was open. We grabbed a coffee and a muffin on Main St and headed to Fantasyland. We did Philharmagic, Peter Pan, Snow White, and Pooh all before 10am. No waits on anything!!!! I love off season.

We were there last Fri (1/23) and the monorail was down- we were there at about 8:40 am. The boat we were on wasn't that crowded- THe park's crowds picked up around 12, but nothing unbearable. We left at 1 to go to EP- which was a ghost town. At 1 pm the monorail was running.
