Express Line....A different question?

We don't stay onsite because we save $$$$ staying in Dad's condo but last year we got these Universal Express cards that we were entitled to because of our escape pass. These cards were good for using the express lines the first 1 or 2 hours of park opening but I think you could only do each ride once. Are they still doing this or not? I know this sounds stupid but I know I'm not losing it. We actually had them and used them to the fullest extent. Anyone know or remember?
